Huh, weird.

Well I guess it turns out that some people actually read this. odd. So I guess I actually should write something now. But, since I can't think of anything good. Here;s what ive come up with:

Top 5 summer activities that were the shit when you were a kid, but not so much anymore.

5. summer camp
Wow, I never thought summer camp would be so boring. I spent all of this week and last taking my brother to summer camp, staying there and generally hanging out. When did it get to be so corny?? I don't remember the science camps I went to being totally lame.

4. Swimming at the pool
And by this, I mean community pool. First of all, I looked the worst in my baithing suit, which ive had since the 3rd century. Second, I got runover by 20 kids all looking to be under the waterfalling butcket which I didn't know would release until it had already happened. and I got sunburnt. So choice.

3. water parks
I recently went to a water park and tried my hardest to have fun, but the lines were like Disney, the rides were like the slides at my neighborhood pool and the people looked like they would beat the crap out of me if i said anything about them cutting in line. I spend my day floating around the lazy river. and i got sunburnt. again.

2. water balloon fights
not as much fun as they seem. It takes forever and a day to fill the tiny balloons with water, you pinch your fingers 3099945798567 times trying to tie them and all for what? 3 1/2 minutes of fun? Then it takes 20 hours to pick up all the pieces because if you don't, the birds will eat them and you're accused of "polluting the environment."

1. Slip and Slide
Yeah, those things are a bitch. I had some family friends go out and buy one and they started to set it up while i was there. Not only did the little built in sprinkler system not wet the yellow plastic tarp, but there were sticks underneath. After i tested it out to show the kids how to slip and slide, i looked like i had talked about the Fight Club. It was bad. Oh. and I got sunburnt.
